Controversial pastor Bajinder Singh has been found guilty in a 2018 sexual harassment and rape case by a POCSO court in Mohali. While seven other accused were acquitted by the court.
The quantum of punishment is set to be announced on April 1st. The case, involving a woman in her 20s, had been ongoing for seven years. The victim’s party is expecting maximum punishment.
