Ray Volpe and Vastive Drop Explosive Dubstep Track, "GET SMACKED"

Ray Volpe and Vastive have unleashed an absolute beast of a track, “GET SMACKED,” a relentless fusion of bass, metal and trap energy.

A member of the EDM.com Class of 2022, Volpe broke out with 2022’s global electronic anthem “Laserbeam,” a track that remains a staple in the bass music world. Vastive, known for his aggressive and unrelenting sound, proves to be the perfect partner-in-crime for this show-stopping collaboration.

The new single marks the first glimpse into Volpe’s forthcoming debut album, FOREVER, VOLPETRON, and sets the tone for what’s shaping up to be a genre-defying odyssey.

Right out of the gate, “GET SMACKED” grips us with razor-sharp guitar riffs and the adrenaline-fueled chant, “Move back, get smacked—are you ready?” before detonating into a gauntlet of face-melting dubstep drops. A perfectly timed pre-drop vocal proves to be a treasured ingredient that makes Volpe and Vastive’s collaboration ever-more enthralling.
