Sensex falls! These stocks fell 5% or more in Tuesday’s session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 1018.2 points down at 76293.6 amid brisk selling in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, Fermenta Biotech(down 19.99 per cent), Parnax Lab(down 19.98 per cent), Adeshwar Meditex(down 19.96 per cent), Retro Green Revolution(down 19.92 per cent) and Suyog Telematics(down 19.89 per cent) stood among the top losers in today’s trade.

In the Nifty pack, 4 stocks closed in the green, while 46 stocks ended in the red.

The index closed 309.8 points down at 23071.8.

On the BSE, Retro Green Revolution, BFL Asset Finvest, Super Tex Ind, NGL Fine Chem and Asit C Mehta hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Vas Infra, Taparia Tools, RDB Real Estate Cons, Desh Rakshak and Yash Trading touched their fresh 52-week highs in today’s trade.
