Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar and his wife, author and entrepreneur Twinkle Khanna, have sold their luxury apartment in Worli’s prestigious 360 West Tower for Rs 80 crores. The sale was finalized on January 31, 2025, as per property registration records. The 6,830 sq. ft. apartment, located on the 39th floor of Tower B, was purchased by Pallavi Jain and others, who paid a stamp duty of Rs 4.8 crores. The high-value transaction highlights the premium pricing of real estate in Mumbai’s upscale Worli neighborhood.

Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna’s Worli apartment was among the prime residences in the 360 West Tower, known for its exclusive amenities and elite residents. The property comes with four car parking spaces and was sold at a price of Rs 1,17,130 per sq. ft., making it one of the most expensive real estate transactions in recent times. The sale underscores Worli’s appeal as a sought-after location for high-net-worth buyers due to its sea-facing views and proximity to business hubs.

Speaking of the professional front, Akshay, who is currently shooting Bhhoth Bangla, is currently seen in Sky Force. The film, produced by Maddock Films, was released on January 24. Despite the buzz, the film hasn’t been performing well in the second week.
