Aamir Khan was the chief guest at the trailer launch of Telugu film Thandel in Mumbai. The team of the film – actor Naga Chaitanya, director Chandoo Mondeti, music director Devi Sri Prasad, producers Allu Aravind and Bunny Vasu – spoke not just highly of their film but also Aamir.

Chandoo Mondeti, who, in the past, has made successful films like Karthikeya (2014), Karthikeya 2 (2022), Premam (2016), etc. asked Aamir Khan for a job in his next! Chandoo began by saying, “Thanks for coming, Aamir sir. I am feeling nervous, sir! I am more excited about sharing stage with you than releasing the trailer of my film. I had prepared a speech but I forgot about it seeing you!”
Devi Sri Prasad added, “That means you really love him (smiles).”
He continued, “Its my sincere request that I want to assist you for 6 months! I want to assist on your next film. After assisting, I’ll narrate a story to you (smiles). I seriously (need to work with you). You are encyclopaedia for the film industry. I am not exaggerating. These are my true feelings towards you. Thanks for coming and for your inspiration.”
Thandel releases in Telugu, Hindi and other languages on February 7.
