The Union Home Ministry has approved the Enforcement Directorate’s (ED) request to prosecute Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Arvind Kejriwal and former minister Manish Sisodia in a money laundering case linked to the Delhi liquor policy scam.

This decision follows the approval granted by Delhi Lt. Governor VK Saxena to prosecute the former Delhi Chief Minister in the case.
