Celebrating 25 years of Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai, Hrithik Roshan took to Instagram to share a glimpse of his journey as an actor. The Bollywood star, who made his debut with the iconic film on January 14, 2000, revealed his handwritten notes from 27 years ago, detailing his preparation for the role. In a heartfelt post, Hrithik reflected on his initial nervousness, his growth as an actor, and his gratitude for the love he has received over the years.

Hrithik’s Reflections on His Early Days

Sharing snapshots of his notes, Hrithik wrote, “My notes from 27 years ago. Prepping as an ACTOR for my first movie Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai. I remember how nervous I was. Still am when starting a movie.” He added that while he’d once have been embarrassed to share these scribbles, 25 years in the industry have given him the confidence to do so. The actor remarked that despite the passage of time, his approach to his craft remains unchanged: “Then to now, what’s changed? Absolutely nothing. Only process remains.”

Hrithik’s post also highlighted his resilience and gratitude. “It’s the 25th anniversary of Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai. The ONLY thing I want to celebrate are these scribbles in my rough book. Proof of resilience,” he shared. He recalled writing “one day” in his notes.

Directed by Rakesh Roshan, Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai became a game-changer for Bollywood, marking Hrithik’s and Ameesha Patel’s stellar debuts. The film’s engaging mix of romance, action, and drama, combined with Hrithik’s charisma and dance moves, struck a chord with audiences. Songs like ‘Chand Sitare’, ‘Na Tum Jano Na Hum’, and ‘Ek Pal Ka Jeena’ remain iconic.
