While the teaser brought back the unbeatable swag of Salman Khan, its electrifying background music received a fabulous response from the audience. The man behind this captivating background score, Santhosh Narayanan, was truly overwhelmed and had a great time working with the team.

Recently during an interview, Santosh Narayanan reacted to the overwhelming response that Sikandar received for its background score, saying, “I am filled with gratitude and incredibly thankful that the music is connecting with the audience. This is my first Bollywood film, and it feels like an absolute dream.”

Furthermore, the musician also shared about composing the score while keeping Salman Khan and the story in mind, and went to state, “I usually try to align the score and songs as closely as possible with the script. In Sikandar, Murugadoss Sir has brilliantly woven the persona of Salman Khan and the character he is portraying. This has given me the freedom to go epic with the scoring whenever needed. I will make a conscious effort to elevate the mass screen presence of the character played by Salman Sir.”

Santosh also went on to showcase his admiration for Salman Khan, director AR Murugadoss and other members of the team as he added, “It is an absolute privilege. Salman sir is consistently motivating and so much fun to work with. Murugadoss sir is a legend from my state of Tamil Nadu and has been giving me very specific input on what he needs for Sikandar.”
