Mumbai: The Reserve Bank of India has appointed Arun Kumar Singh as additional director on the board of Bandhan Bank for a term of one year, the bank said late Monday evening. The move is likely to guide the bank in succession planning. Bandhan Bank’s founder MD & CEO Chandra Shekhar Ghosh’s tenure will on July 9 while the bank is yet to appoint its next CEO. Singh is former chief general manager of RBI.
