Pritish Nandy Communications records Rs 29 crore revenue in Q4

Content studio Pritish Nandy Communications has recorded an income of Rs 29 crore for the quarter ended March against Rs 76.93 lakh in the same quarter last year.

The company’s annual income rose 210% to Rs 58 crore from Rs 19 crore last year.

It made a net profit of Rs 2 crore compared to a loss of Rs 4 crore last year.

The company’s new Amazon Original series “Ziddi Girls” is likely to release this year. The powerful coming of age drama set among Gen Z freshers in a Delhi college has been created by Rangita and Ishita Pritish Nandy, who won an International Emmy nomination for their Amazon Original “Four More Shots Please!”

It is directed by award-winning film maker Shonali Bose with Neha Sharma and Vasant Nath.

Meanwhile, the company said it is about to complete filming their new series, a romantic comedy for a leading global streaming platform. Another new series and two films are also in development at PNC for leading streaming platforms across the world, the company said.
