This Bengaluru startup is rewriting the rules of the ride-hailing game. From three-wheelers, it is spreading wings to the four-wheeler category. And this has the potential to bring a massive disruption in app-based mobility. Are incumbents, Ola and Uber, ready for this new ride?

A week ago in Bengaluru, some 80 taxi drivers gathered on the terrace of a nondescript four-storied building in Koramangala. Namma Yatri, the name of the booking app which they use for getting customers, was embossed on their shirts. The app, popular among autorickshaw drivers and riders in the city, had just started cab booking. They were invited for the formal launch.
